the burger was thin it's supposed to be fat burger

I went to fat burgers on Central and slauson me and my friend I ordered him a double XL combo fatburger I ordered a triple XL combo Burger the guy smashed our patties till paper so when they put he put the patties on it it was just crumbled like he did it on purpose. he was talking in Spanish cuz we understand Spanish he did it was disgusting the burger was thin it's supposed to be fat burger not that burger if I wouldn't pay with my EBT card I would have walked out before I even pay cash but luckily it was with my EBT was too late to say anything. The cook that works at night he needs to learn how it's called fatburgers and not smashing people burgers and then talking to Spanish like we don't understand Spanish behind people back. he said a few derogatory statements which I understood
