I had two humiliating experiences at a JD's Finish Line store. The first incident happened when I asked if they offered a military discount. The cashier confirmed they did, so I showed my military ID. However, she examined it and said she couldn't give me the discount because it didn't specifically say "active duty." I asked where it was supposed to say that, but she couldn't provide a clear answer. She mentioned that another customer showed her a digital ID on their phone that said "active duty." I insisted that my physical ID was genuine, but she still refused to give me the discount. She even claimed that a customer next to me, who was apparently from corporate, supported her decision. Despite my objections, she continued to deny me the discount and yelled at me. The next day, I returned to the store hoping to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the same cashier was still working. To avoid her, I handed my shoes to a different employee for the return. The employee tried to engage in small talk, but I immediately informed her that I had contacted corporate and they confirmed she was wrong. She responded aggressively, claiming that corporate had just left and supported her decision. I pleaded with her to understand that as a soldier, my military ID should be sufficient. I even mentioned my DD214, but she didn't know what it was. Frustrated, I asked her what else I could give her as proof. The manger refused to do the return and advised me to take them elsewhere. Resolution Sought 1. Apologize. 2. Investigate the incident. 3. Provide employee training. 4. Implement policies and procedures. 5. Take disciplinary action.

Placed order; site withdrew and held my money for over a week and then canceled my order. This is the second time I have experienced this with this business if they are unable to accurately account for stock they should not be stealing peoples money until they are sure it is available. Resolution Sought I want my product money should not have been withdrawn if it was not available .
