Look into employees possibly holding shoes or not being fair in the drawing process.

My complaint is about employees possibly back dooring shoes or not opening sales to general public. I went to the finish store at the pueblo mall wed 2/16/22 and asked if they would be releasing the jordan 3s that are to drop 2/19/22. I was told no. I called in on thurs 2/17/22 to ask again and was told that they have not heard from corporate on what they will be doing. So i called back on fri 2/18/22 and was told that the in store raffle had ended. This is the 2nd time I've ran into similar issues and have never been able to get a pair of new released Jordan's other then the online raffles that are rarely held. I dont expect to hit ever shoe but would like to have a fair chance to win.

Finish line has a bad way of running a business order some shoes on the 8/9/21 and I called them to find out what was taking so long one pair of shoes was not in stock and so I Still waiting on the second pair and the lady tell me we have them in stock but she can't seem to tell me why they haven't been processed also it's the 13th of August and the shoes still sitting where, so I had to cancel all my orders like I said no emails sent no calls or nothing about the shoes not in stock or nothing
