Please retrain your people to speak every customer that enter the store not just one race.

I had a 7am appointment and I was 3 minutes early. I got to the door look in this short man puts up 6 Fingers saying 6 minutes before they open. But it was really 3 minutes I got back in the car and wait 4 minutes. The bottom line James was not a pleasant person. I said good morning to both men standing there and James did not respond. The 2 white customers enter the store James spoke to them loud and clear. Bad customer service my second time going there and will not return every again. I will tell everyone I know as writer ,and small business do not give Firestone any business they hire people that don't like Black Americans . Hire someone that has great customer service to everyone not just white people. This why the world is in a mess now because of like that James is bad for your business. Please retrain your people to speak every customer that enter the store not just one race.
