I entered into a contract for 6 years with First Premier. I had a claim to fix my freezer and First Premier was anything but honest, forthright and concerned about my claim. As a result, I canceled my policy on 10/10/2025 and was supposed to get a refund of $1898.74 after agreeing to pay First Premier admin and service fees amounting to $1225.00. It has been 5 months with a dozen calls to get my refund and I have been ignored, lied to and given every excuse possible. My policy number was: FP-004751. Resolution Sought Send me my refund as agreed.

There are no companies that will work with Premier Home Warranty in my location, so I was told to have the work done and I would be reimbursed. On 11/26/25 I submitted a receipt for a replacement microwave and installation, and as of today I have had no contact. I called this morning, 1/9/26, spoke to a rude, individual that told me "too bad, we don't cover microwaves that have a vent". I asked to have the call escalated, and he laughed and hung up. I am on social security, and very little money. I need to be reimbursed. Resolution Sought I need to be reimbursed for the amount of 428.00 that replacing my microwave cost. This company is consistently rude, disrespectful, and have given false information. Their license, if they have one should be revoked for shady practices.
