They need to take a class in Customer Service
I'm complaining about the 12 months of service +3 months of double billing and trying to get out of a month to month contract. You have to pay them $75 plus you still have to pay them your plan which is mine for $46. they are very rude nasty inconsiderate and they talk to you like they better than you. They try to make it seem that you're the one stupid you call them they give you a policy number. That is not good. Every time I call them with my policy number one representative can get it with my policy number for another representative. Can't find it with my policy number. The policy don't exist. but like I told my last representative that I talk to that was a pleasure talking to. She asked me or their way that I will stay with their company. I told her no I said, even if your company can walk waters, I will not sign another contract with them and I will not recommend them to any of my friends family anybody I know they're comfortable will not come out of my mouth unless someone is trying to sign a contract would've asked me about them. They don't even have to ask me about them. They talking about them they don't even bother. They have a problem. They are a rip off. They get you to sign with them and then they treat you like trash. they don't even need to be in business with the representative that they have. They are the first person that a new customer will have to talk to. I have been with T-Mobile over 20 years and they have good customer service.

BEST WARRANTY COMPANY OUT THERE
