Completely disappointed.

They have a cash in lieu process that they use and is not even a fraction of the item cost of repair. My dishwasher went out and instead of repairing or replacing they decided cash in lieu. They gave a no challenge amount of 103.00 in lieu, the cheapest dishwasher is 299.00 plus tax. Completely disappointed. The cost for this warranty was 700.00 dollars and they have failed in any faction to be a warranty company but a scam.

They keep telling me that they are going to refund me my full refund on April 10th, and they didn't. And when I called them they telling me that they will mail me out a check on April 27th, and hung up the telephone on me. I was trying to get a understanding to why they couldn't put the money back on my card. I'm hoping they don't send me a check and it bounce
