I thought was bad advertising from Tom

On the week of the 4th of October 2020, I made an appointment with Fix-It 24/7 to have my furnace cleaned. The appointment was set for Monday, October 12th between 8, and 12 PM, for the tech to arrive. On Saturday, October 9th, I received a voicemail that this date would be cancelled due to an in-house meeting with their Tech's. The message said I would have to reschedule, so Monday morning I called the company and set a new date for the16th of October, Kevin, the man I rescheduled with gave me an appointment window between 1 and 5PM, he said a tech would call before he arrived. I called Fix-It 24/7 approx. 1:10PM, to ensure that the appointment time was still active, they assured me it was. At approx. 5:01PM, I called the company, and told them I had not received a call from anyone at the company, and that I wanted to cancel the appointment for indifference on their part, and what I thought was bad advertising from Tom Martino and Fix-it 24/7.    Post my complaint against Fix-it 24/7 , and make them, and myself aware of the action taken. Thank You
