When things go bad, Floyds makes it REALLY BAD
Avoid Floyd's! At first, Josh and his team were friendly, but when issues arose, their professionalism disappeared. After installing my HVAC in early 2024, they did a pre-summer check-in and assured me everything was fine. Days later, a severe leak from my attic unit caused ceiling damage. It required lots of time, visits, multiple repair attempts, and when we were finally almost done: one of their techs put a foot through my ceiling totaling almost $1500 in damage! Rather than handling the issue directly, Floyd's forwarded me to their attorney without notice. They originally promised not to bill me for all of their failed repairs, then billed me over $1,200 months later. Worse, they still refuse to reimburse me for damages unless I sign an NDA—a shady and unprofessional move. An NDA?!? It's been almost a year, and Floyd's has done nothing to make things right. Avoid them at all costs.

Terrible experience
I am 78 yrs old, it has taken these ppl 3 months and I still have no heat. Hired in October, end of October came on Dec 25, 2024 collected their SVC charge, haven't seen or heard from them since, until I wrote thee review of what has been going on. They will never work for us, they can have the SVC charge they basically stoked. Since I am a Christian I said, just keep it for a gift, and I stated that in a review there was no contacting them, or getting a call back even. Businesses like this need to stop or go out of business. Terrible to do to ppl. Merry Christmas everyone.
