Very poor service!! It will be one month since we reported a system problem. We attempted to make the correction by phone. We couldn't. We have called, e-mailed, and chatted on line! No help!! We are told we will get service, yet nothing has happened! No security for a month!!! Resolution Sought Help us get service or help us get out of our contract.

Subscribed to service from Fluent was a five year contract. Security system installed cameras doorbells and alarms and monitoring devices. The cameras. Doorbells and front door access with codes never worked properly Cameras were needing reset about every 20 mins to keep them online When we called for service they would se d techs with no new results. Tried to cancel was told we had to pay the full five years. Resolution Sought I just wanted to cancel service so I could move on to a better service after 3 years of the round and round but was. Handled so rudely I feel I should get a partial refund on the cameras and doorbells.
