Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Scam. Does not provide services promised. Very rude reps

This business takes advantage of people in high crime areas, promises security,cheaper prices. When in fact thats half true. Yes prices are good however they install half equipment to fully secure as promised. Will tell you whatever to make the sale, will take advantage of crime rate and publics need to be fully secure in their home. Secured HALF of my 6 windows (sliding) stubbled upon this by accident. Was not given the opportunity to buy/rent more equipment needed because then the monthly cost would have not been better than competitor,compromising my home and safety of my family, not informed it was needed at time of sale. JUST TO MAKE A SALE.
