Scam. Does not provide services promised. Very rude reps
This business takes advantage of people in high crime areas, promises security,cheaper prices. When in fact thats half true. Yes prices are good however they install half equipment to fully secure as promised. Will tell you whatever to make the sale, will take advantage of crime rate and publics need to be fully secure in their home. Secured HALF of my 6 windows (sliding) stubbled upon this by accident. Was not given the opportunity to buy/rent more equipment needed because then the monthly cost would have not been better than competitor,compromising my home and safety of my family, not informed it was needed at time of sale. JUST TO MAKE A SALE.

They are not what they claim to be.
This company biggy backs off of a Home Warranty company. They seem extremely eager to help and sign you up. Unfortunately they are not what all they claim to be. I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out to install the system. The Technician was four and a half hours late. It was 7pm and i was not letting him install that late and in the dark. The second time the technician was in an accident and they rescheduled for three days later. Well again no call,and a no show. When i called them, they had no excuse and wanted me to reschedule again. I told them i was done with them and their company. They didn't even apologize. Lousy Company, lousy customer service, lousy dispatching.
