Rude owner.

Rude owner. He doesn't go out of his way to help anyone, and you're the owner? I never write a bad review but you can easily tell he mistreats his employees and customers and the establishment smells and all equipment are run down. Bad customer service . All the washing machines are outdated and weak, clothes are not clean after washing. The machines keeps taking money without working when you complained , they ask you to fill a form with your information for a refund of $3.25cents in the mail. Worst of all the only worker in the facility doesn't speak English. When go there for your laundry, you do so @ your own risk.. NO WORKING BATHROOM ON SITE.. It's totally DISGUSTING.my 1st real interaction with the owner is beyond distasteful. Leaves a nasty sour taste in my mouth and leaves no room for assumptions his nasty behavior was on full view blown. My machine was not working I asked him what was the plan as to know if I needed to move my clothes or is it okay to stay there and I saw him unlocking it to open it up first to sentence/ phrase out his mouth I am irritating I need to be patient I told him he cannot talk to another person like that he says yes he can it is his business he even told me I need to be quiet and not talk at all all this happened in front on my child. Everything went downhill from there. He started with another customer cursing and yelling at him an older gentleman.
