I'm very unsatisfied with that and I've never experienced poor service from them

I have faxed over all the information that was provided to them for them to give my kids their upcoming vaccine shots. However they told me to come in not to make an appointment just to walk in I actually stayed there for at least 2 hours today and they couldn't get their face straight. I even attempt to email the information to them that they needed they still wouldn't cooperate with me the nurse just practically laughed in my face. Which I thought was pretty rude the doctor actually wasn't in and I would rather to see a position then the deal with the ignorant nurses. Be more professional the service that I have experienced today from them shows me that I don't feel that they're the best fit for my kids. I'm very unsatisfied with that and I've never experienced poor service from them but I experienced it today and the fact that my kid has a health condition I don't think they took that in consideration so there's no need for no one trying to file charges or make false allegations on me when I took my child there for him to get seen and they failed to do so.
