Terrible freight company
Do your homework. Read the reviews all over the internet, these cowboys are not a good company to deal with. They will lie to you, make delivery promises that they never keep. We ship and receive multiple LTL shipments a week, and will never be sucked into using them again. In fact we will insist our vendors do not use them when shipping to us, if they insist we'll find other vendors. Our freight company rep mistakenly booked this shipment with them (New guy didn't read the notes not to use Frontline Freight after appalling experiences with them in the past).......2 weeks later and 2 empty promises of delivery and we are still waiting. Now my customer has to wait longer for his machinery, and pay extra rental charges on the unit he had to hire because the bunch of clowns at Frontline can't get anything right...........God forbid you have the audacity to call them for a delivery update, lies, lies and more lies...I'm sure the CEO has no idea what is being done in his name with this company and if he does and is sitting by watching it happen he needs firing along with the other incompetents that work there.

Worst freight carrier I have ever dealt with!! First time took 10 days fron CA to Atl. Second time 9 business days -
I don't know their problems, and I don't need to hear ANY excuses. They have lied in the past and I don't need an explanation. They have the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I don't try to solve problems, I eliminate them. I will never use this carrier again...
