VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'd love that $600 pink laptop if management to call the number and get an override as it said can be done.
The first thing that upset me was that I checked the website prior to going to the actual store. I was looking for laptops under $200 since I only had $175 to spend, but needed a good laptop. The site showed four laptops under $200, so I was excited because I wasn't able to find any in any other stores for those prices. I get to the store after driving 45 minutes. I went inside had to say excuse me to a woman 3 times who didn't bother to look at me until I asked where the laptops were she pointed and told me all the way back, so I had to search myself. Then came across a salesman DAN, asked him for laptops under $200. Without checking, he told me I wasn't going to find any. I mentioned the site, he looked and said he only had one under $200 that would be "this", as he showed me on his computer but didn't let me see an actual model. He then said he had a customer in the front to take care of and walked away leaving me confused with questions! I said I found a $600 laptop I loved and wanted to apply for the service that pays for the laptop and I'd pay them back no credit needed as it says. He looked annoyed and stood there as I filled out the app making me feel uncomfortable and I just found him to be very rude. I was denied and he just said to call "this #.Change site info if something is not really available, and have a chat with DAN about professionalism and giving his attention to one customer at a time I WAS NOT DONE talking to him before he took off.
