Poor customer service!

On 12/1/19 I ordered a military ring for my husband's birthday (12/29), receipt noted 4-5 weeks delivery. 1/4/2021 reached out to find out delivery date and was told it would be 8-12 weeks because it was ordered after 11/30! Nothing ANYWHERE stated it would be longer 4-5 weeks. In those 4-5 weeks not one call, email, text that my order would take longer. Had I known that up-front I never would have ordered it. Who does that? Poor customer service. I don't want anything, I cancelled my order. Oh and thank you for ruining a veterans birthday. Buyer beware, they aren't completely honest in their website. To let other buyers beware of poor customer service.

Purchased a OES ring

I purchased a Past Worthy Matron OES ring on 9/18/2020 and it just arrived in the mail today, 10/6/2020. It's absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it. There is a lot of detail to the ring and the quality shows.
