If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

Unbelievable situation.... first, she goes on two smoke breaks, and we sit there twiddling out thumbs. Then a known drug dealer makes a transaction with her. I ignored everything. Then her sister and some tattooed thug shows up. She charges us $450 and says cannot accept credit or debit card we must pay cash. I leave and withdraw $450. She leaves it on the table goes outside to smoke and makes another drug transaction by a known Felon!!!!!! No receipt for the money!!!! Lies and says we will get the refunds, movie tickets and $50 referral bonus when the returns are accepted. Tried multiple times to resolve this conflict with her and just shinned off. Tried multiple times with corporate Gateway Tax Service to no avail. They will not respond. Resolution Sought I want my $450 refunded and $50 referral bonus and 2 movie tickets as promised. Otherwise, I will keep on with this issue forever,
