I paid 599.99 for warranty leather(grease/oil) per contract. They are a bush league, horrible company, low morals and unethical company with unprofessional and low-grade staff. Resolution Sought PAY WHAT YOU OWE

Upon reviewing your claim and the photos, the damage presented on the furniture shows the top colored layer has peeled from the underlining layers. In the terms and conditions of your protection plan, we noted that peeling of leather is explicitly listed as an exclusion. Our terms and conditions serve as the basis for coverage eligibility, and unfortunately, peeling leather falls under the category of non-covered damages. While we are unable to approve this particular claim due to the stated exclusion, please be assured that your feedback is essential to us, and we are continually working to improve our offerings and provide the best possible service.
