TERRIBLE customer service Do not order unless ,you plan to stay at your house to receive package

Hello My wife ordered from you a gift box for my Mom for her birthday. Transaction date was 1/24/21 for $93.99 . The item was never received even though you said USPS had dropped it at that address. You refused to do anything about it and just said that we need to go put a claim into USPS. Why can't you do that, you have all the paperwork? I'm still trying to go through Visa to get the charge removed, but you just told them that we need to send you the tracking number etc of when we returned it, problem is, we never received it to begin with. Please help us out and make it right. As you know, money isn't falling off any trees these days and people are having a hard enough time getting through day to day living. We were just trying to brighten up my Mom's 80th birthday and we are still hopeful that you can make it right. Thanks for listening Kari's reply: "I am sorry to hear that it was not received. Unfortunately, there is not anything we can do as we shipped it to the address on the order and it shows delivered. Again, the shipments are insured for up to $100 but it is for lost or damaged boxes. This shows delivered so it it is not recorded as lost. Also, this over 3 months old so USPS would have closed it by now. I do see you created a chargeback for the order as well. We are a small mom and pop shop and we are already out the product as we shipped it to the recipient. I am sorry I could not help more. I tried to do a chargeback, but they responded to my VISA company saying they needed the tracking number of the gift that was sent back. Don't they get it! How can I give them a tracking number, when I never sent it back since I never received it to begin with. This is just me, so take it for what it is, but I will never order from them again and if asked I will share my experience.

Great Product, Poor Delivery System

When I found this company and it's products online, I was delighted! It seemed like the perfect gift for my daughter who was ill and need of cheering up. Their website says that once shipped the product should be received in 3-5 business days. Unfortunately they use the USPS to ship their boxes, which has been fraught with timely delivery issues for quite some time now. The gift box was ordered on 4/4, and was not delivered until 4/15. I reached out to the company to suggest that they consider using a different delivery company and received a response from Kari H, their customer service person, saying that I needed to take up my concerns with the USPS because they were the ones responsible for delivering the box in a timely manner. I didn't get a choice of delivery options, it was chosen by the company, not me. The gift box contents were wonderful, I just wish it would have been received by my daughter while she was recovering from her illness, rather than when she was well and life was back to normal. If you are going to order from this company, expect that your box will NOT be received in a timely manner. When it does arrive the recipient will be pleased with the contents.
