DO NOT CONTRACT THIS SERVICE, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!! False Advertising!!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I contacted this company service for surveying my 84 year old father's property in Palm Springs, CA. Although they advertise as fast and efficient, I had problems scheduling once they took my payment. In addition, the Elevation Certificate they produced lacked in essential details which made the certificate irrelevant and useless. The photos required by FEMA in the certificate were outdated (at least 10 years old) and of the wrong building structure. When I called to address this, they suggested I take the pictures myself and forward them to their office to include in the certificate. I paid 500.00 for this service to be able to qualify for a lower flood insurance premium for my DAD. To this day, THREE months later, I still have not gotten any resolution after contacting the office several times through email, voice mail and messages to the receptionist and including the project manager. FEMA will not take the certificate being the photos are outdated and the information incomplete. My Dad has been extremely stressed over this as he is a Senior Citizen with very low finances. GLS Inc. was aware of my father's situation. I believe this company is fraudulent with it's customers and is looking to make money without delivering the service.
