inform consumers. to report all fraud, to there stated attorney General, BBB, FTC, and to company like yours. THANK YOU!

I have been inform by GMF Hq, that GMF can not provide any legal documents to in support of GMF claim that I was under any lease agreement with GMF, November 10th 2015, GMF denied the credit application and the lease application, credit score was to low to qualify for leasing under GMF, guide-line,GMF inform Me! November 13th of 2015, to continue to make payment to the GMF account -0171232601- of $409.08, December 10th 2015, I contacted GMF and why must I continue to make payment into this account when GMF and the Dealership Michael Stead Cadillac, has denied the lease application on November 10th 2015. I stated to GMF and New Lease Application must be written, GMF stated that no new application is need to be written The lease was approve by GMF. June 10th 2016 I inquire my Credit report in which GMF account did not appear on my file, I contacted MF in why GMF account -0171232601-, GMF stated that it does not report its accounts, I than request a Copy of the lease agreement of November 10th 2015, GMF send a Fraudulent credit application, lease agreement which GMF had denied I inform GMF that a credit application and a lease application is just a application until the credit application is approve which it was NOT! and you not use and invalid document as a binding legal lease agreement. May 12,2019 GMF Illegally remove the vehicle and on November 22,2019 did dispose of vehicle without due-process.

Customer Service

I spoke with a representative from the finance company he offered to set up late payments. I told him I was fine to set up a payment to be taken out on Monday July 29th. He was having a hard time setting the payment up. He told me he would call me back on Tuesday the 29th. I kept saying Monday the 29th. On Saturday the 27th I tried to make the payment because my paycheck had posted to my account and I couldn't get through. I called GM Financial and was not able to get through. I woke up Sunday morning and my car had been repossessed. I spoke with them and followed up with them. Now I'm on the hook for a lot of money I can't afford. Horrible customer customer!!! Tons of complaints and badly treated customers
