I have registered my certificate to receive my vacation and have called 5 times and CRV is not able to match me up with the cruise they said they promised. Everytime I call I wait at least 40 minutes but call time says 1 minute wait time! Super frustrating and I feel like CRV has misrepresented their offer and they are a scam. THis is upsetting that we can't even trust companies who promise something but make it so hard to redeem. That is why I shy away from doing these type of sales pitches. I just want to get what was promised!! Resolution Sought I would love to have a agent from CRV be able to give me the type of vacation that was promised to me

I want my refund back!!! No one answers the phone and there is no way else to get hold of them. I read the reviews, and this business needs to be report to FBI local authorities. Fraud!!!! Resolution Sought Refund me my deposit with interest since they been holding it.

We are contacting you regarding the above referenced file. We find this complaint to be unfair and unwarranted. Our records show that this guest called multiple times, hanging up and calling back. The customer didn’t stay on hold. We are experiencing a high call volume and offer a call back option prior to 3pm EST, which allows the guest to select this option, leave a call back number and hang up. Gocrv.com is a fulfillment company, obligated to fulfill based on the written terms; this offer is not free. We contacted the guest, made a travel offer which was declined and as requested, cancelled the offer, and processed the deposit refund.
