I received a certificate and completed it and paid my deposit. I checked their site with my certificate number and completed the steps if said to complete. At the end it said to call the number. I called twice and waited on hold for over 2 hours and still no one answered the call. Left a call back number and no return call. Resolution Sought call me back and refund my deposit or book the trip.

I have been trying to call after registering and paying the deposit to get assistance in booking our cruise. NO ONE answers the phone. I have been left on hold for over 40 minutes each time before finally hanging up. Resolution Sought I want a refund of my deposit or I want my vacation cruise we were promised.
