I registered my certificate and paid the deposit of $202.99 10/4/2024. I called 3 different times to check on my cruise voucher and was always told to call back a few months later. Now I can not get on the www.gocrv.com website and no one answers the phone. At this point I just want my $202.99 deposit returned to my card. Resolution Sought Refund the deposit I paid on 10/4/2024 for the amount of $202.99.

We regret that the guest had trouble reaching us and fully understand how frustrating that can be. Our records confirm there was a brief time when the site was experiencing a technical issue, which was quickly remedied. We contacted the guest and confirmed their travel. We remain committed to fulfilling our responsibilities professionally and take pride in supporting our customers’ travel needs. Customer Service Network Group considers this matter closed.

I have called many times and put my phone number in the que to be called back,.. SEVERAL TIMES...No one has called me back. I would like my refund (for my free trip) lol. I think it was 59 $. Resolution Sought Refund the money ...scam

We are contacting you regarding the above referenced file. We do not agree with this complaint. On the same day that this complaint was filed, the guest called into the reservations dept., and her travel was confirmed. We take pride in our business and efforts in satisfying our customer’s travel needs. Customer Service Network Group has closed this file.
