This company only seems to respond to customer service compliants online rather than answering their customer service line so here's my complaint. I paid my $150 and picked two travel dates online as instructed. However the representative offered me a completely different date. I told her I could not travel on that date, so she released my reservation and told me to go back online and pick two more dates. However, nothing is listed in my account, and I have called customer service for 3 WEEKS WITHOUT AN ANSWER. I even selected the call back option and did not receive a call back. Resolution Sought either issue a refund of my deposit or you now actually have a rep call me back to resolve the issue.

We have been trying to get thru to our reservation at Wyndham Durango for the last 2 weeks due to the bad weather, We continue to get the run around and I am tired of this! I request refund as the hotel doe NOT have us registered!! Resolution Sought Refund in the amount of $100.00

We are contacting you regarding the above referenced file. The email that is sent after confirmation and the web site state that the reservations will not appear at the hotel until approx. 72 hours in advance. Our records show this guest called Gocrv before filing the complaint and asked to cancel her reservation. All reservations are non-refundable, as per the terms of the offer, stated on the reservation call or online booking site and also on the confirmation. This guest was contacted and advised we will make a call and see what we can do and will let her know the outcome. We take pride in our business and efforts in satisfying our customer’s travel needs.
