Cert 542278692 I booked and paid on September 4, 2025. My credit card was charged $104.99 I have a confirmation email dated January 27, 2026, with confirmation 235-12566780 for Comfort Inn, 7675 W Irlo Bronson Hwy, Kissimmee, FL. We showed up at the hotel and were told GoCrv cancelled the reservation on February 5, 2026. WE DID NOT CANCEL. I was on hold for 31 minutes and gave up waiting. We paid for a different hotel and continued on our vacation. I called again twice later and never received a return call. We still have heard nothing back from GoCrv. Resolution Sought A refund and explanation as to why they cancelled the reservation.

Per consumer: Go CRV called today. They did not understand how it was cancelled online; I did not cancel it. Richard was very professional and offered me a six month extension on the certificate plus a credit of $50 toward the next stay. Should I choose not to stay before the expiration, I can get a refund of the money.

We received a cruise certificate and paid the required deposit Oct. 23, 2025. We have been calling consistently to redeem the voucher and placed on hold for more than an hour. Even after leaving call back numbers, we still have not heard from anyone. We would like a call from someone or just a refund of our deposit.
