Sat through sales pitch got certificate paid my deposit and have attempted for 3 days now to speak to someone to make reservations. waited approximately 3 total hours. highly frustrating. I no longer want to use the certificate and I am requesting a FULL REFUND of my deposit money. Resolution Sought Refund my whole deposit immediately

We apologize for the difficulty the consumer experienced in reaching our Reservations Department. For customer convenience, we offer a callback option prior to 3:00 p.m. EST, allowing guests to confirm their callback number, retain their place in the queue, and disconnect without remaining on hold. The consumer subsequently contacted us and requested a refund of the deposit. As requested, the refund has been processed, and a check will be mailed to the address on file.

I sat through the presentation and decided not to purchase the program. I am so glad that I didn't! I received the link to get my "FREE" cruise and hotel stay. I paid $100 for hotel and $198 for cruise. I have called 4 times and am placed on hold for over an hour each time! One time, I made the mistake of being placed on hold and get a call back. The call back NEVER came!! After an hour of holding, an agent finally answered and searched for a cruise. NO CRUISE, NO FLIGHT and was told to calll back. WHAT A SCAM!! Resolution Sought I want my $298 back. Please contact me for a refund

Gocrv.com is the fulfillment company responsible for fulfilling travel certificates in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offer. The certificate and website clearly disclose that the travel offer is subject to the applicable terms and conditions and is not an entirely free vacation. Our records indicate that we contacted the guest regarding her concerns and discussed several available options for the requested cruise date. The guest indicated that she would discuss the options and contact us when she was ready to proceed. We provided her with a direct telephone number for further assistance. We remain available to assist the guest with fulfilling her travel certificate in accordance with the terms and conditions. If she would like to discuss the options previously provided or has additional questions regarding her certificate, she may contact us directly using the number provided. Based on our records, we believe we have made reasonable efforts to assist the guest and provide options for the requested travel.
