i would give less than zero if i could

i signed for timeshare with my parents. we were given a certificate for a free cruise for 2. i registered but don't even know what port or date i registered for. i never received a confirmation email with any details. i tried to call time share, they shuffled me around to 15 different people that could not help me. I called 954-525-1777 and have been on hold waiting for a rep for over 45 minutes now. i am sending an email right now to [email protected]. this is frustrating and aggravating. NO one has time to wait this long for someone to answer the phone. and your website sucks. doesn't give many options and doesn't show much information. it did take my $200 deposit quick.
