Terrible Customer Service

I decided to cancel my certificate and get a refund back for my $155 deposit. I sat on the phone over two hours , transferred to a separate line for cancellations. The lady said she would send me an email to fill out , before I could verify my address with her she hung up on me. I never got that email and I can't reach anyone in either number I have for them. I started calling them as soon as they open at 9:30 and stopped when they closed and got absolutely nowhere. They no doubt make this difficult in order to frustrate and wear down their customers causing them to give up on their deposit due to the headache they have caused . If I didn't fill out an email to cancel the certificate, then why would I need to fill one out to get a refund returned to my debit card? When she said she sent it , I asked her to hold real quick so I could check my inbox and junk folders . Once I realized it wasn't there I got back on to get her to verify my email address and she just hung up. No goodbye, no is there anything else? Nothing. You'd figure she would have stayed on long enough to assure I got the email especially since I told her how long of a hold I was on. Over two hours and that was the extent of her concern . I am reporting them to the BBB next. I sat through a grueling three hour sales pitch with three small children in two last 4th of July in Orlando when we got this certificate. Turns out with all the hidden fees they purposefully leave out of their sales pitch, you could easily book a vacation through any other platform for the same rate if not cheaper. Once I looked at the places they offered - like FLINT, MICHIGAN?! I knew right then it was not what I thought it was . Now I can't get my money back from this deposit . This is a scam.

booking flights

I have gone on the site to book my domestic flights for next may/june (2024) timeframe. I am getting blackout dates for May but can not find out what the blackout dates are. I have called 3 different times to customer service and waited on line for over 30 minutes. I asked for a callback and have not received that yet. I would like to solve this issue please.
