Unreachable in 2025
Like many others we sat through a sales pitch and ended up getting a cruise certificate from GoCRV.com. We did everything we were supposed to- registered the certificate, chose travel dates, and paid the deposit. We waited quite a while with no communication. Apparently it went to my junk folder. No problem. I figured it out, called them and quickly got through. However travel prior to the certificate expiration wasn't an option for us (we were getting close to expiration by this point.) After talking with their representative, I chose to extend our certificate for a year, for a fee. That was all 1 phone call. We chose new travel dates as required. When I called back to book the travel, I could not get through. I have called countless times, left my number for their call back system, and sat on hold waiting for a rep for over an hour. COUNTLESS TIMES. Ever since getting through that ONE time, nothing! Now our first travel dates are too close to book. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

No one answers the phone
I tried to call you at 2 different numbers and had to wait over 40 minutes each time with no answer. I was able to leave a message on the 3rd number I found. Here's hoping I get a call back.
