They are quick to take money, not so quick with help.
I got into the portal and registered my certificate and over a month later, had not hear anything. I then decided to call them and am currently sitting in the cue for almost 45 minutes. If you want to be better, make your site better and provide more options and details to provide what was promised. Also, if the phone issue is a known problem, then why not work to get it fixed? Why keep telling people you have a high call volume without doing anything to address the situation? What does that tell you about their business? I left finally called a number that allowed me to leave a message. I left a message and will wait to see if they do actually return my call in 1 business day.

According to our records, your certificate was registered on September 2nd, and your invitation to contact our reservations department was sent on September 16th—well within the 45-day processing period outlined in the terms of the offer. We do apologize for the hold time you experienced when calling on September 16th. To help minimize wait times, we offer a callback option for guests who contact us before 3:00 PM EST. This allows guests to leave their number and receive a return call without staying on hold. As a fulfillment company, Gocrv.com makes travel offers based on availability at the time of your reservation call. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee specific dates or sailings. A travel offer was extended and declined, and we also offered to cancel and refund the offer. You were provided with a direct line to reach us should you wish to move forward. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations and are available if you choose to proceed. Based on our communication and the options provided, we consider this matter resolved.

Unreachable in 2025
Like many others we sat through a sales pitch and ended up getting a cruise certificate from GoCRV.com. We did everything we were supposed to- registered the certificate, chose travel dates, and paid the deposit. We waited quite a while with no communication. Apparently it went to my junk folder. No problem. I figured it out, called them and quickly got through. However travel prior to the certificate expiration wasn't an option for us (we were getting close to expiration by this point.) After talking with their representative, I chose to extend our certificate for a year, for a fee. That was all 1 phone call. We chose new travel dates as required. When I called back to book the travel, I could not get through. I have called countless times, left my number for their call back system, and sat on hold waiting for a rep for over an hour. COUNTLESS TIMES. Ever since getting through that ONE time, nothing! Now our first travel dates are too close to book. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
