I feel that since Lily has been transferred already a transfer to the clearance Goodwill or suspension, perhaps termination of employment although it seems that Goodwill tries to avoid firing due to the fact they don't want to give unemployment

Hello my name is Frankmy wife & have been shopping for the Goodwill for many years we recently moved to East Highland Ranch where we had there's a Goodwill 7211 Boulder ave.Highland Cal. about a mile away from our home the workers there are very friendly nice and helpful however they have the manager name "Lily" and she is rude unapproachable loud yells at customers treats the workers horribly and disrespectfully "Lily" accuses customers of stealing and has her workers follow minorities around the store these employees do not say anything in fear of losing their jobs. I've been told by others that Lily has been this way in other store "Lily" has been transferred through the Goodwill Industries. I'm not sure if "Lily"was hired by the Goodwill to have employees quit so that can not collect umemployment.And this has happened many times too good hard workers. I am a business owner and as such if I had a manager working for me treating employees the way "Lily" does I would take care of it Asap
