Don't buy and expect to return!
I had previously purchased an item and was pleased with it. However, upon receiving another item I requested an RA number to return it on the website, email, and attempted phone and got no response. I attempted several different email addresses that the website suggested and still no response. Moreover, their shipping costs typically out weight the benefits to returning, so in retrospect I should have looked at this. I am not bothering to return the item as I am certain I would not get reimbursed and don't want to be scammed further. Bottom line - DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

False advertising on Amazon
Our family use Amazon because it is a reputable site. However, the third party sites affiliated with them, such as, Got Apparell are NOT. We ordered pants that were advertised on amazon by GotApparel for. Wedding. We ordered Aug 3 and were not given the courtesy of a immediate response they could not fill the order. Instead we were waiting 11 days before we received any notification they could not fill the order. This was one day before the wedding. As a business owner myself, this is unprofessional conduct and false advertising online. The reputation of your business should be of the most importance. All actions should support protecting and supporting the companies reputation. We live in a time where most companies do not care about their reputations....like Got Apparel. With social media a company with these poor work ethics will be on the road of destruction. Unbelievable and unethical practices should be fined by our government or removed from using online sales. If you don't have products....OWN IT!!!! This company is a reflection of the owners ethics. It does not have. Solid future. Get some ethics...and if you don't know what this means google it and learn what ethical decisions are all about. Bottom line respond to orders within 24 hours so customers can go to a real company. This is a true and accurate account of GotApparels false advertising they had product on Amazon...when they did not. Failure to notify in a timely manner is unethical business practices.
