I called this company; spoke to someone named Robert who was very belligerent. I requested all documents that they have pertaining to this collection under the consumers at he informed me that they could not do that until I told him it was mentioned on that website that I could. He told me it wasn't no one I can speak to that was over him because he did not know what to do. he eventually hung up on me. the account has also doubled from interest charges it's also stated on credit report but the count was open in October 2018 which is not true nor was I notified or has signed any type of contract to any agreement with this company Resolution Sought This company to be investigated another consumers Fair Act it's no telling how many people have called them and was told that they could not receive these documents which is a consumer's right
