I took my car for an oil change there today. About 20 minutes after taking it to be worked on, the service man came to me and said it needed new filters, and alignment, and a new battery - that the battery had died when they got it to the area to be worked on. I told them I did not want anything done but an oil change. Later I took my car to my brother who has his own Toyota shop checked my battery and it is fine - I had had no trouble out of it. They lied to me and tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I have heard this about this businesses for years. They are dishonest and try to cheat people and something should be done about it. I want them to treat people fairly and with respect and I won't return to them and will let others know of their unfair practices.
