Some clients allege the company misrepresents the ease and ability to obtain dates by using their services. Other customers are dissatisfied with the timespan involved in receiving a "yes" or "no" response from members selected as prospective dates. Some clients allege unfullfilled contracts, and, request refunds based on inability to obtain the number of dates they expected to receive.
