Very disappointed..

I bought three tickets for the basketball game with 76ers vs calavers.I ordered the tickets on the phone with a representive to not have any mistakes, because this was a very important day. It was my sons 17th birthday. This was one of his dream was to attend a live NBA game. On the day of the game my husband and both my son were very excited to attend the game, when they got there it was no game. They called me , I called the representatives to find out how and what cause this. The game was in Cleveland. And my family was in Philadelphia. Can you imagine the disappointment I felt and also my son on his birthday. I was told that a manager would get in contact with me, I called for five days straight still no answer to how to resolved this issue. Finally I got to speak with a manager, who showed no remorse for what happened. He just got on the phone and said they can not give me a refund. I told the manager that I repeated to the representive that they will be in Philadelphia. So I don't know how she assumed I wanted tickets in Cleveland. I told the manager I am not asking for a refund. I really thought they would at least a ticket for my son to go to a game. I paid for these tickets they weren't free. I was very hurt and disappointed by there behavior towards this matter.
