I went here last year for the 1st time. Worst business practices I have ever seen and no professional integrity at all. I had issues with the way my taxes were done and were told they would put it on "HOLD" until I had a chance to correct some issues. Nope next day I received notice they were accepted by IRS. When I call I was told by the office manager that she was unaware of the "HOLD" status and many were sent and "Oh well can't be undone". Spoke to the person who did my taxes and he said she screwed up a lot of them that way but nothing can be done. Not once did I hear I'm sorry or we will refund you or any form of professionalism. I am back to Turbo tax and saving money. Never Again.
