Consumer alleges: Hammacher Schlemmer has not issued me a refund in three months! I returned a cassette convertor CD player. Tracking #02394653051858756903. The company verified that they received the item on May 10, 2021, but I'm still waiiting for my refund! They tell me they can't give me the refund until the bank cancelled my dispute. My bank informed me that the dispute was already cancelled a long time ago. Please follow through with issing me a refund! Resolution Sought Refund $395.69
