That is not customary to treat a paying or not paying customer!

My first encounter with this company was they charged my account to much and did not refund in the time they should. My second encounter was I ordered ancounter top ice maker. I never received it. the reason they continue to tell me it was on back order. This went on for three months! and every seven days or so the company would withdraw the funds from my bank account and put it back into the account after a while. this went on for three months! taking the money out holding for seven days! I talk with my bank about this, I was told that does not happen like that. Not that many times. That was not right! I needed badly. That is not customary to treat a paying or not paying customer! Write the company up! And get the merchandise to the customer in a reasonable time! Stop being disloyal too! I hope this did not happen because I am a Black person. And bring it to their attention! Thank You!!!
