Ask them why these issues are not getting resolved and why do residents have to go through this.

I am a resident at Peachtree Landing Apartment Homes, first of all they keep changing the amount in people's rent without notice. The water was cut off for 2 days and the residents still had to pay. There are residents that have lost their jobs due to the Coronvirus, and they are putting eviction notices on everyone's door, and as of right now we no longer have a property manager. The manager walked out, they never answer the phone the office stays closed. They allow drug dealers to post outside your doors and do their thing, it's not safe out there at all. They don't fix anything out here, there is mold in the apartments that have been addressed, but still haven't been taken care of. Ask them why these issues are not getting resolved and why do residents have to go through this and paying all this rent to live as they call it luxury homes, but treating tenants like we on public housing.
