Receptionist didn't have time to call a physician for a simple fax.

Receptionist working front desk (Alexis) was extremely rude and dismissive to my mother. Her physician forgot to put her order for a test and instead of making a simple phone call to fax it over she dismissed her and said oh you cannot get your test done today! She proceeded to ask my mom to sit down. But the next client (Caucasian) she was joking with and showing pics from her phone, yet you do not have time to call a physician for a simple fax for a patient, even after everyone else has checked in? Terminate her, she should not be dealing directly with customers.
