I ordered the toy and it took many weeks for it to arrive. The toy was a gift to my grandson. The toy never once worked properly. I have many communications to this company and they ignore most. I asked that the toy be replaced but instead after i posted many bad reviews, they opted to give me a refund instead of replacing toy. Grandson is very disappointed. Resolution Sought I want the non-working toy replaced with one that works!

Order toy but never received my order i got an email saying it was delivered but apparently is was delivered to wrong address. I've emailed countless time requesting requesting for my order or be refunded. Because of poor customer service i prefer a refunded. The don't accept phone calls and they don't answer email.
