Financial Manager misconduct
On 24 March 2020 I purchased a 2017 Honda. I was told the sale contract would be included in my paperwork by Kaalen Day their sales manager. It wasn't. So, I called and had it mailed to me. Once received I found I was charged for paint protection. We never spoke of paint protection and I never agreed to it. Therefore, I asked it be cancelled and I get a refund via charge back to my loan. Kaalen said don't worry he would take care of it. My loan has still not be credited and I wish to warn others.
