Sends DEAD plants every single time

Complete rip off. I now know after dealing with them for a year that this place is 100% a scam. I was finally granted my replacement plants and received a partial order of completely dead, even rotting (horrid smell) plants. They refuse to refund my money. I submitted all documents, photos , original packaging, receipts, emails...this is ABSOLUTELY a scam. Please do not waiste your hard earned money, your energy or precious time on this place. They should be shut down.

Cancellation of Order Requested

This company eventually refunded my money after I requested a cancellation of my order shortly after I ordered my plants. Although it took a lot of my time with constant communication regarding their follow up on the status of my cancellation, the company in the end refunded my money as I had requested.
