Unprofessional Manager

I would like to file a complaint against the manager of the bank (HSBC) at Avenue U and East 17th in Brooklyn NY .this manager threatened to hit me, and break my legs. the Story start when I couldn't deposit a check online, so I walked to the bank, and I stood behind an old lady ,we were 8 people staying in line .,I was the 4 and the old lady right in front of me. when the manager walk by the old lady she ask why she has to wait 20 minutes to deposit the check? he told her it's normal ,so I get involved and I told him no it's not normal ,we wait here more than 20 minutes ,6 Windows and only one of them occupied, and the line doesn't move, so I told him make yourself useful and open another one, and by mistake I touch him with my umbrella, if you do it one more time I'll and I'll break your legs he said, I couldn't believe what I heard, I didn't mean to touch you, and then he said you don't like it move there other Banks out there, unbelievable this is the manager off the bank!!!!
I waited 10 more minutes, deposit my check and I left. What I'm saying is that this manager is hothead. And very dangerous to the public. what he needs to do.

HSBC Communications

HSBC Bank is very difficult to communicate with over the phone. I wanted to close an account and could not get anyone at HSBC to communicate with me. Business Consumer Alliance very effectively helped me close the account
