Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I went on vacation with my children in June 2014 to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I stayed at a resort and went through a presentation and purchased a vacation package called holiday passports through Festiva. I cannot get in touch with them. I cannot use my vacation package. The number that I have does not ring and I can't get anyone to answer. I need a valid customer service number for holiday travel of America. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they suggested I file a complaint. I would like my money back or I would like someone to call me from travel of America. The website that they have gives a number, but it doesn't ring and you can't get anyone to answer. I don't know what else to do but $1000 is a lot of money to a single mom of two. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I don't know if they've sold their company or their providing services through another name. I just need some help to resolve this. Resolution Sought I would like a refund or of $1000 which is what I paid for it over a year. I made payments. I paid it off within a year and can't even use it or get information from the company to figure out anything. I would like a representative from holiday travel of America to call me personally on my cell phone number at 770-715-7430.
