For one this is embarrassing and wasted about 6 hours of my time. Then there is never anyone you can talk to about it

Have been shopping with Hy-vee for several months now. I always write a check with no problems and always over $400 as i have 5 pets and a teenage boy. Came two hours to go shopping and they said i couldn't get my groceries because of a bad check or returned check. I have talked to my bank and they have never returned a check! For one this is embarrassing and wasted about 6 hours of my time. Then there is never anyone you can talk to about it. If i ever had a bad check i would defiantly do whatever i needed to resolve this issue. I really liked Hy-vee a lot!! But i will not be shopping with them any longer! Back to Dillions and Walmart where I've never had these issues! The managers need to have faith in their customers! I even went as far as showing them on my bank statement online that I hadn't had a returned check with them ever. I've only just started shopping there recommended by several people who will also not shop there any longer!
