iBUYPOWER sold me a computer that doesn't work 90 of the time. They want to send me repair parts and have ME repair there piece of junk. I paid almost $5000 dollars for a working computer. They have hung up on me twice. Once when I requested to be transferred to management. I don't know what is wrong with the PC. I am not a computer technician. They want me to watch "HOW TO" videos on the parts they do send me hoping that it fixes the issue. They even said it could be the motherboard, one said it could be the cooling system, one said it was probably the power supply. They won't send me a replacement system. Resolution Sought Replace system free of charge, send me exact replacement system or better with return box for old system. Once I receive replacement system, I will send broken one back (broken one works sporadically/but does work). Monetary compensation for selling me garbage. 50 of cost should cover the disrespect I've received from there tech support and out right lies.
