10/26: Paid $295 for them to file a Power of Attorney to act on my behalf with the IRS. As of 04/16, IRS has no record of this and has not been received. Have paid $1,373 since January of 2024 for tax relief services. Company has failed to perform ANY of its contractual obligations to-date, starting from failure to file power of attorney! I have filed my own taxes, completed my own amended returns, etc. Finally, I called the IRS myself on 04/15 and set up my own payment plan, etc. Do NOT waste your money on tax relief services... they cannot provide what they say they're able to. Resolution Sought I want a full refund. Once I found out that they failed to even submitted the power of attorney on my behalf in October of last year, I realize that they have done absolutely nothing for me!

Hello Shara, we see here that your case manager had active communication with you. They explained all procedures every step of the way. You indicated to her that you wanted to file your own taxes and amend your own returns. We let you know that we would do it but you said you preferred to do it yourself. Also, you defaulted payment to ideal tax and despite that we still kept correspondence with you and continued to answer your questions. Also, the power of attorney is in place. If it was not, we would not have been able to obtain your transcripts and do the amendment review that we did. Stating that we have not done any work is not true. Please give us a call so that we can discuss further.

That was my THIRD case manager which was assigned just last month. She was asking me to file my 2023 which was completed in February, which was communicated to her and the case manager prior to her. I THEN told her, in March, that I'd file my own amended returns, since it is clear nothing had been done by anyone between January and the end of March. Your team 1) never filed the power of attorney I paid for in OCTOBER, which was discovered when I spoke directly with the IRS. Nothing shows on their end. I've been making payments up until just a few weeks ago, which does not excuse the lack of communication January thru March! I have all my written communications as to your sales associate, Otto, as well as my three case managers and Luis Ceja. You do not comply with you own contract, stating you respond promptly. Again, I have all my attempted communications. I repeat, nothing had been done for months so claiming you did nothing because of my payment status, is erroneous. I repeat, that occured in March! Does not explain why nothing was done, or why everyone aside from one person in your organization, did not communicate or reply promptly, as your contract states you're responsib
