I bought at cvs a vanilla gift card loaded and tried to activate it soons as I activated it the money was token they let fradualent vendors to steal money by calling the 1800 number they told me there's nothing they can do about it all I did was buy the card and activated it they are selling cards that dont protects customers from fruadlent activities I was robbed from this company Resolution Sought I want my 211 dollars back I do not want to wait cuz they clearly see I didn't do it they didn't stop it and everything vanilla has been giving that person a merchant account under someone else company and steal the money these companies said they have had numerous of people call saying that there company is stealing and the said it's vanilla prepaid they asked over a million times to take there name off they will not

Activated 2 cards ($50, & $100), that have been declined when swiped despite never making a purchase. Each call I am told, cards needed to be activated, run for actual Amount on card, after the 3rd decline, I stepped out of line at store, call them and am told cards are locked due to fraud and they can't unlock cards! At time of call I was requested to provide proof of address, drivers license, picture of cards, and proof of purchase. I've done all twice and still have not received replacement cards; this has been since December! I called 3/13, told card should arrive today(3/13). Called 3/27, told card was requested 3/13! Resolution Sought Replacement card for actual amount owed plus additional money for embarrassment, stress on phone, and waiting for nearly 4 months.
