I have for several months now been trying to get them to give me my money - the status says on hold yet I have done everything they advised me to do to get that status removed so I can use my card and here I am again today on hold for a supervisor!! They have done nothing but lie to me repeatedly and string me along in this process!? Now I've had enough - I want my money please - I don't understand why I'm happening to go thru this with them - I am attaching the numerous emails I've sent as well as confirmations from them receiving them and I was just told again it'd be another 30 days to get my money as they said it takes 30 days and it's been over 2 months now!!! It is a prepaid card - they received the money - I sent proof of that as well as my ID - proof of payment - my address - everything!! My confirmations and the dates I emailed you my information!!!! Including todays email I resent yet again. Resolution Sought I would like to just have my money PLEASE and THANK YOU. My confirmations and the dates I emailed you my information!!!! I bought a $25 gift card @ my local "Family Dollar" store , & paid a $4 fee @ the cash register. I even started an on-line acct. w/them . I have not tried to use this gift card in person yet . I can't get through to them on-line, even to find out my balance. I have talked to 5 CSR reps. , & they're trying to get my personal banking info. which I'm not giving them. I'm just going to try the card @ the same store, & buy groceries. Resolution Sought If this card doesn't work @ the register of Family Dollar, I want a refund.
