Activated 2 cards ($50, & $100), that have been declined when swiped despite never making a purchase. Each call I am told, cards needed to be activated, run for actual Amount on card, after the 3rd decline, I stepped out of line at store, call them and am told cards are locked due to fraud and they can't unlock cards! At time of call I was requested to provide proof of address, drivers license, picture of cards, and proof of purchase. I've done all twice and still have not received replacement cards; this has been since December! I called 3/13, told card should arrive today(3/13). Called 3/27, told card was requested 3/13! Resolution Sought Replacement card for actual amount owed plus additional money for embarrassment, stress on phone, and waiting for nearly 4 months.

3 digital visa gift cards were purchased from vanilla gift, in the amounts of $25, $25, and $30. The cards were put on hold when attempted to use. I called the company to filed a claim. I gave my name, cell number, and address for the refund. The case number provided to me is now being stated as incorrect. The company was unable to assist me using the personal information or the last 4 digits, cvc, and expiration date noted for each card that I purchased. Resolution Sought Refund me the amount of $80.
