this business target people who are in a bind and then keep there money

I bought a spendwell prepaid debit card and put 50 dollars on it upon activation of the card if you just follow the prompts it leads you into making their version of a bank account and gives you a whole other virtual debit card l(without informing you of this) once you create the account that you don't know you are creating it still doesn't register the orginal prepaid card but you are told to wait until you get a new debit card attached to the account you made in the mail. This happens in 100 of cases I have networked with everyone I know who has purchased this and they claim the exact same thing. Now when you call customer service they tell you to to start the process over and when it won't work and you inevitably call back they tell you They can activate the card themselves but you can't use it at atm or to pay bills or any other transaction that is not an online purchases the only alternative is you wait a week on the new card to arrive in mail then you can link the orginal card to the new debit card and account and transfer the orginal amount you had bought and expected to use within an hour. Luckily for me I wasn't counting on this method of payment for anything critical but I know people who's cars have been epossessed and who have been evicted because they relied on the advertising of this product it's sad and it happens 100 of the time I have no clue why they still are a company what they are doing is fraud at the worst and false advertising at the least

Customer service is no help!!

Spendwell is a prepaid debit card that requires registration of your card as most do however their app or online registration works and customer service is of no help in returning your money. Please I'm not the only one plenty of bad reviews on this company kindly fix your app and registration process.
