Consumer alleges your company increased her monthly fee without an explanation. Consumer was paying $460 a month and recently it was increased to $545. Nothing has changed and does not understand why the increase. The payments were automatically taken from her account and last month it was not taken therefore she incurred a late fee. Customer stopped all auto payments now because she cannot afford the new fee. Consumer wants to be able to keep her insurance at $460 a month. Resolution Sought Consumer wants to be able to keep her insurance at $460 a month.

This companies representative are bogus in egregious. As I am the victim of their insured client. I was rushed to go with the first collision center they had available, I asked questions for example aren't you supposed to give me three estimates ? The claim adjuster Michael Lawrence was rude and treated me as if I were being of some type of nuisance with my questions. As I was already emotional about my brand new I had not even had 6 months was hit by their careless client I was made to feel like I was on trail and that I was lucky to have them fix my car. This total experience is a nightmare costing me money that I don't have to accommodate their mistakes. The rental is coming out of my pockets and I was assured that I would be first runway however, that's not the case. The adjusted told me he didn't say that and he didn't have anything else to say until the car was fixed and he hung up on me. I tried to contact a supervisor to see if I could get some tips of resolution to no avail, hence my attempt to contact a higher source to rectify this horrible conduct of the employees at Kemper Insurance Company. Please help me achieve some reciprocity regarding this horrible nightmare thank you. Resolution Sought Apology letter, a detailed plan of corrections in proper customer conduct and monetary compensation for the days I had to take off work and car rentals.
