Not filing taxes properly and charging lots of money.

I have been going to integrity taxes for about 10 years. I had one bad experience, but I didn't let stop me from not just too many hands doing taxes. This time around I filed my taxes early in Jan. 2019 but for my understanding they didn't get file until Feb. 20. Okay I got my federal back in March, but he didn't file my state. I called and called; all I got was it filed or let me call you back for about a month. Then April rows around. I call the state to see if it was filed and no it wasn't. I was told to do it myself and hopefully I don't get a penalty. Now, by then I done told this story to about 5 people. He charged me $235.00 to file my taxes, I just found out to do a half job. This is completely not cool and I don't want this to happen to other people. My sister has had about the same experience but to her knowledge all her taxes got taken for a penalty too because he didn't file hers at all last year. I don't want a refund, I just want people to beware of what's happening when he files your taxes, especially when he's not doing a great job and charging people that much.
