So a pool package was purchased 2 years ago. Didn't use the pool cover last year but decided to use it this year for winter. The company put the wrong cover in the package they put a 18x10 mines a 18x48 I called to have this issue resolved. They said they won't cause of warranty I asked for a supervisor they said one will call me next day I never received they have told me this 3 times I have called back saying they have called me and left detail message on my voice mail I have not received a call or a voice mail. They keep giving me a run around. Resolution Sought I just want the proper pool cover. That should have been put in there to begin with. And not this run around.

I purchase an hot tub thru Wayfair . I called Intex because the hot has stopped working . Intex asked me for the receipt. The next day I received calls from scam likely say that they were collections . I called way fair try say they never call . Intex sold my information to scam / spam . Some type of fraudulent company organized crime . The continued calling . I called to rreslive the situation and they said they have nothing to do with it and they did address my original problem with hot . I asked to speak to supervisor no ever called back Resolution Sought Pre place the broken item
