DO NOT RENT FROM INVITATION HOMES!

I rented a home from a company for about a year, then Invitation homes took over. I was supposed to have 2 bathrooms..i had one because the shower did not work ever! The pool pump stopped working for 7 months before it got fixed. Then the mold and they said well it could be mildew. I got severely sick and never returned my calls. I got the run around for months until i had to move out..I still paid them but just never got a response from one human to another about fixing or even just talking to me about it. They are scum lords.

Security deposit for good residence

I was told upon the lease end date that I would not receive my security deposit back until 30 days after the lease end date. I called back after 31 days and they said it's in the mail. Guess what they lied I called back at 42 days. They said it's in the mail. I said it's not in the mail and I need my money now. The property manager Samantha says she will overnight me a check on Thursday night, it's Saturday morning and I have not received my tracking numbers my check or even communication on the email. They just don't respond to any written communication. That's their answer. Don't respond so there's no record of it in court. I never paid my rent late and I most certainly didn't pay 45 to 60 days late. I would be evicted. The rules don't apply fairly to the property management companies and the tenants. This company has lied straight to my face about giving me my money and no one will hold them accountable and I will go to a small claims court and follow a civil suit my time wasting my money stuff and it's completely their fault and it's their negligence!!!!!
