I purchased a Solar system from ION Solar which is no longer in Texas now they are in AZ and CA, I was pushed into buying the Solar System and was promised many discounts that were not true and I was never told about the lien that was placed on my home for over 48,000.00 dollars. The system has never worked and now I find it out that Attorneys want 5000 or more too get the lien off my home. I'm 75 years old on a fixed income and can't afford the cost of an Attorney. What can I do about this. Please advise as soon as possible. Resolution Sought Get the lien removed from my home the lender Divided and parent company is Fifth Third Bank.
